In 2022, the Board of Directors and CEO had a professional member survey conducted to ask the business community what their most critical needs were and how the pandemic quarantine affected them. We learned that the members needed help with workforce development, human resources issues, financial planning and management. Knowing this information, the Engagement Committee was formed to coordinate various business education seminars, classes, and presentations to help business professionals increase their knowledge and skills to become stronger and more successful. In 2023, the Committee launched the Tualatin Chamber Seminars at Perlo.
