In May we welcomed another business to Tualatin. Nothing Bundt Cakes co-owners Christie Burger and Michelle Roche held their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting at their Martinazzi Square location. Welcome!

With over 70 attendees cheering on, the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce Fit City and Regatta Run Committee presented the Scholarship check for $14,682.50 in honor of Corporal Matthew Lembke, to the Foundation for Tigard/Tualatin School. Monthly Forum Luncheons: This Business/educational luncheon is held on the fourth Thursday of each month (Jan.-Nov.) at Hayden’s Lakefront Grill. Sponsorship cost is $250.
Included in this sponsorship is pre-and post-event coverage, admission to the luncheon, recognition at the event, and the opportunity to provide company information to attendees.
Major Events: The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce organizes four major events annually. These are Celebrate Tualatin/April, The Crawdaddy Open Golf Tournament/May, The Tualatin Crawfish Festival/August, and the Holiday Auction & Luncheon/December. Each one ofthese events have sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $8,000.
Celebrate Tualatin: This event recognizes excellence in business and volunteerism throughout our Chamber and entire community. Our next event will be held on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 at the Tualatin Country Club. Title Sponsor (1) $1250; Presenting Sponsors (8) $300; Table Sponsors (15) $125.
Crawdaddy Open Golf Tournament: The 23rd Annual Tournament will be held Monday, May 14, 2012, at the Tualatin Country Club. Title Sponsor (1) $3,000; Presenting Sponsors (4) $1250; Beverage Cart Sponsors (2) $500; Sign Sponsor (1) $500; Hole or Contest Sponsors (25) $300.
Tualatin Crawfish Festival: This is the community’s annual celebration, celebrating its 61st year on August 10-11, 2012. This event provides excellent visibility in front of over 10,000 attendees and 28,000 readers of the official program, and a chance to be associated with one of the region’s premiere family events. Holiday Luncheon & Auction: The Chamber’s biggest and most festive annual event will be held on Thursday, December 6th, 2012 at Tualatin Country Club. Event Sponsor (1) $1500; Silent Auction Sponsor (1) $1,000; Wine Glass Sponsor (1) $1,000 and Table Sponsors (18) $125.
Regatta Run 5 K Run/Walk: The run is the Chamber’s scholarship fund raiser created in honor of Corporal Matthew Lembke, who lost his life from wounds sustained in Afghanistan. It’s held on the third Saturday in October or October 20, 2012. This run brings in over 400 participants and is a great way to connect with our local community. Title Sponsor (1) $2,500; Platinum (5) $1,000; Gold (10) $500; Silver (15) $500; Bronze (20) $250; Friends $100.

Relocation Packets: What a great way to make your business visible to potential Tualatin residents. Only one company per industry is permitted to participate so there is no competition. Cost for this is $150 for one year or $100 for 6 months. Simply provide a company brochure, coupon, flyer, or other form of advertising and get noticed.
Business Showcase: The Business Showcase is our semi-annual trade show. Members are allowed to showcase their companies products and services. Main Event Sponsorship is
$800 or Advertising Sponsorship is $300. Your sponsorship will get you pre-and post-event coverage, recognition at the event, and featured space to promote your company.
Leadership Tualatin: Leadership Tualatin is a 9 month community awareness and educational program. Participants attend a full day program each month. Sponsor a day for $100
or the whole program for $1,000. Participation in this program will get you one student spot for a year and your logo on all materials regarding this program.
