Sponsorships are a great way to publicize your business while helping out!

Listed below are a few of the MANY sponsorship opportunities available from the chamber.

E-Blasts, Newsletters and Website: Get your name in front of the entire community by sponsoring one of these highly visible media forms. Call the Chamber for rates.

Relocation Packets: What a great way to make your business visible to potential Tualatin residents. Only one company per industry is permitted to participate so there is no competition. Cost for this is $150 for one year or $100 for 6 months. Simply provide a company brochure, coupon, flyer, or other form of advertising and get noticed.

Major Events: The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce organizes five major events annually. These are the State of the City Address Reception/January, Celebrate Tualatin/April, The Swing for the Wolves Crawdaddy Open Golf Classic/August, the Regatta Run 5k Run Walk/October and the Holiday Dinner & Auction/December. Each one of these events have sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $8,000.

State of the City Address Reception- Join Mayor Lou Ogden at the State of City Address to be held at the “The Grand Hotel” and be the sponsor of this very special reception with key business leaders from the community, city managers and special invited guests. The State of the City Address Sponsorship investment of $1000 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 3-5 minutes to speak to the private reception audience and introduce Mayor Lou Ogden. Companies name and logo will be featured prominently on all Chamber produced promotional materials including e-blasts, fliers and social media postings.

Celebrate Tualatin: This event recognizes excellence in business and volunteerism throughout the Chamber and our entire community. It’s held on April 23th, 2015 at the Tualatin Country Club. Sponsorships include: Title Sponsor $1500 Presenting Sponsors $500; Table Sponsors $175.

Swing for the Wolves Crawdaddy Open Golf Classic: The joint Golf Tournament of the Tualatin High School Packbackers and Tualatin Chamber is July 17th at Tualatin Country Club. All proceeds from the tournament go to support Tualatin High School Athletics and Chamber programs and services. Sponsorships include: Title Sponsor $4500; Gold Sponsors $2500; Silver Sponsors $1500; Bronze Sponsors $1000; Lunch and Dinner Sponsors $750; Brew Sponsor $750; Beverage Cart Sponsor $500; Sign Sponsor $500; Hole or Contest Sponsors $300.

Regatta Run 5 K Run/Walk: The run is the Chamber’s scholarship fund raiser created in honor of Corporal Matthew Lembke, who lost his life from wounds sustained in Afghanistan. It’s held on the third Saturday in October (October 17th, 2015). This run brings in over 400 participants and is a great way to connect with our local community. Sponsorships include: Title Sponsor $2,500; Platinum $1,000; Gold $750; Silver $500; Bronze $250 and Friends of the Regatta Run $100.

Holiday Dinner & Auction: The Chamber’s biggest and most festive annual event will be held on Tuesday, December 8th, 2015 at Tualatin Country Club. Sponsorships include: Presenting Title Sponsor $2500; Wine Glass Sponsor $1,500; Silent Auction Sponsor $1000, Live Auction Sponsor $1,000, Music Sponsor $750; Wine Sponsor $750, Photography Sponsor $500 and Table Sponsors $175 .

Monthly Event Sponsorship Opportunities:

YPT Sponsor: Young Professionals of Tualatin is an after-hours opportunity focused on helping young professionals build relationships and their business network. The annual Presenting Sponsorship investment of $1500 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 7-10 minutes to the group each month and recognition in all YPT promotional materials: e-blasts, fliers and the Chamber website for the entire year.

WIN Sponsor: Women In Networking is a luncheon giving women within the Tualatin area business community a wonderful networking opportunity for networking and education by learning from each other and special guest speakers. The annual Presenting Sponsorship investment of $1500 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 7-10 minutes to the group each month and recognition in all WIN promotional materials: e-blasts, fliers and the Chamber website for the entire year.

Thrive! Sponsor: Thrive is an educational luncheon dedicated to high quality business education for all chamber members that will help enable you to have a more successful business. The annual Presenting Sponsorship investment of $1500 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 7-10 minutes to the group each month and recognition in all Thrive! promotional materials: e-blasts, fliers and the Chamber website for the entire year.

A.M. Networking Sponsor: The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce provides 50 chances per year to reach a broad range of business and community leaders. The Chamber’s A.M Networking is one of the fastest growing networking events in the greater Portland area! The annual Presenting Sponsorship investment of $1500 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 3-5 minutes to the group each week and recognition in all A.M Networking promotional materials: e-blasts, fliers and the Chamber website for the entire year.

Ribbon Cutting Sponsor The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce affords a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening promotion to every single member. Invited guests include all Board Members, Ambassadors, local City Officials and active business leaders. The Chamber’s A.M Networking is one of the fastest growing networking events in the greater Portland area! The annual Presenting Sponsorship investment of $1500 will give your business an opportunity to speak for 3-5 minutes to the group each Ribbon Cutting/ Grand Opening and recognition in all related promotional materials: e-blasts, fliers and the Chamber website for the entire year.
