Dr. Dinelli M. Monson, MD named in Portland Monthly Magazine’s “Top Doctors 2018”
Ophthalmologist Dinelli M. Monson MD of Oregon Eye Specialists was named in this year’s “Top Doctors” list published by Portland Monthly Magazine in January. The list is published annually and comprised of physicians voted as leaders in their specialty by their peers. The magazine sent ballots to thousands of doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington. Survey participants were asked “If you or a loved one were in need of medical help, which doctor would you choose?” Respondents could name one doctor in as many as 78 specialties. Doctors who received the most votes in each field are included in the list.

Dr. Monson cares for patients with a broad spectrum of medical eye conditions including Diabetes, Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma and Dry Eye. Dr. Monson has taught OHSU residents surgery, and is experienced in performing a broad variety of ocular surgery including cataract surgery with advanced lense implant technology such as multifocal, toric, Crystalens and extended-range intraocular lenses.
