Just in time for the Holidays! Comcast is proud to announce a new Xfinity retail store is coming to Tualatin, with an expected opening date of November 13th. The store will be located at the Shops at Bridgeport, 7219 SW Hazel Fern Road, 97224. It will replace the Xfinity Customer Service Center on SW Nimbus in Beaverton, which will close concurrently with the opening of the new store.
The new 4,800 square-foot store is much larger, with a welcoming environment that highlights Comcast’s entertainment and technology offerings. Customers can purchase new services like the Xfinity Mobile wireless phone product, pay their bill, return equipment, and try out the latest Xfinity has to offer. And as an added convenience, the store will also sell retail accessories like HDMI cables, headphones, speakers, and even plush toy Minions.

Xfinity store employees will demonstrate how Netflix and YouTube have been integrated into the X1 platform, teach you how to manage your home internet (like shut it down at dinnertime or bedtime!), and educate customers on the free mobile apps available so you can take your saved TV programs and movies on the go with you wherever you are. The new store will also host weekly Saturday Workshops, offering tips, tricks, and new product demonstrations to enhance your Comcast entertainment experiences.
The new Tualatin Xfinity store also offers more customer-friendly hours of operation:
Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
