MVP is a new program from the FCA Performance Institute for serious, career-minded Sales Consultants committed to long-term success. It provides Sales Consultants with an opportunity to sharpen their product knowledge and deepen customer relationships by sharing their product guidance and expertise.
Becoming an MVP is an elite honor — not everyone is eligible or can make the cut. It’s for the best of the best. Fewer than 10 percent of all FCA Sales Consultants meet the necessary Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Training requirements to pursue MVP status.
For those candidates who meet eligibility requirements, they must first complete a comprehensive online Knowledge Assessment and score 90 percent or better.
After successfully completing the assessment, MVP candidates then undergo a rigorous Live Evaluation through their Regional Training Manager. Here’s where they demonstrate product presentation skills and mastery of FCA Performance Institute tools like iShowroom and Owner Support+.
Finally, by planning and executing a local consumer event, MVP candidates demonstrate Market Engagement mastery, showcasing specific product knowledge about Trailer Towing and Job Rating, 4WD Systems, Performance or Multimedia Technology.
