Having somewhere safe to hide is VERY vital to women and children of abuse. Many times they leave quickly while their partner is away. They take nothing more than the clothes on their backs in their desperate attempt to get away before being seen.  CWS provides food, shelter, clothing, and victim assistance to those seeking refuge. The holidays can be particularly emotional time for families going through domestic violence, so our goal is to support a free holiday store where domestic violence victims can pick out gifts for their children.   To do this, Findlay will be collecting new toys, games, gift cards, pajamas, slippers and more for ages 5 to 18.
