Promoting the Tualatin Area Ice Age Floods

Our Vision of an Interpretive Center is Focused on Four Goals:

  1. Ice Age Floods in the Pacific Northwest
  2. Ice Age Floods in the Tualatin Region – at the Crossroads of the Missoula Floods
  3. Ice Age Animals found in the Tualatin Area
  4. Native Americans who lived in the Tualatin Area

Our Vision Over the Years:

  1. First, use the Tualatin Library with its current exhibits and create a new video promoting our four goals
  2. Then, move to a temporary space to show more exhibits and our video
  3. Build a permanent structure like a national monument visitor center that will be part of the National GeologicIce Age Floods Trails
