SBA provides low-interest disaster loans to non-farm businesses, nonprofits, homeowners, and renters in Clackamas, Douglas, Jackson, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, and Marion.

To be considered for all forms of disaster assistance, survivors must first contact the Federal Emergency Management Agency at www.disasterassistance.gov.

Applicants may apply online, receive additional SBA disaster assistance information and download SBA applications https://disasterloanassistance.sba.gov.

The SBA has a virtual outreach center for assisting with these loans. It is open Monday-Sunday, 8am to 8pm EST via email at FOCWAssistance@sba.gov or by phone at 800-659-2955.
