OSCC formally endorsed Measure 102 at the Board meeting last Friday. Measure 102 would lift the ban that currently exists on government working with non-profits and local businesses to build affordable housing with bond funds. This move aligns with the OSCC 2018 Legislative Priorities to increase the affordability and availability of workforce housing.
