This notice will appear in the September 1st Oregon Bulletin. Also attached please find the draft new rules and rule amendments for rule numbers: 170-080-0010; 170-080-0011; 170-080-0015; 170-080-0020; 170-080-0025; 170-080-0030; 170-080-0035; 170-080-0036; 170-080-0055; and 170-080-0065. Treasury will also take comments from interested parties at a public hearing on September 19th, 10:00-11:30 AM, at the Treasury office in Tigard. Participants may attend in person, or call in using the following number: 877.336.1828; Access Code: 1691288. We request interested parties wishing to call-in and provide oral comment to contact Kim Olson, OST Rules Coordinator, in advance of the hearing. The Rules Coordinator will enter the interested party into a queue so we can accept comments from both those in the room and on the phone in an orderly fashion.
The rules are intended to be finalized in October 2017.
