Metro, our regional government, continues to work on creating a policy that will help keep more food scarps from food service businesses out of landfills and put to better use. A second public comment period is now open for you to give your feedback on the revised administrative rules that will guide this policy. You may submit your written comments through May 15 at 5:00 pm.
