The PPP Portal Is Open!
- Since discussions began last year on re-funding the very popular Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), small business owners have eagerly been awaiting a new round of PPP financing. And, like last year, to apply for the PPP, your financial institution sends your application for you to the Small Business Administration (SBA) so it’s a partnership between you, your bank or credit union, and the SBA. (Translation: you can’t apply directly to the SBA.) LEARN MORE HERE

Restaurant Grant Program
In March 2021, Congress passed a restaurant relief fund championed by Rep. Blumenauer in the American Rescue Plan Act.
The fund provides $28.6 billion in grants for food service and drinking establishments – including caterers, brewpubs, taprooms, and tasting rooms – that are not part of an affiliated group with more than 20 locations or publicly traded.
The grant program will be administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration. While specific guidance and information on the application period is still forthcoming, it’s important that eligible entities begin preparing now for when the
application period goes live.
