If you are a business owner who owns rent on your commercial property or you are a landlord who has a commercial tenant who is behind on rent, listen up! There is a grant program in Oregon which will pay that back rent.

 

Commercial Rent Relief Program

Opened: April 22, 2021. Apply ASAP!

Oregon established the State’s Commercial Rent Relief Program to support small businesses owners and landlords who were economically adversely affected as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both the business tenant and property owner must participate.

SVOG: Shuttered Venue Operators Grants

When? It opened Monday, April 26!!!!

Who? Live performance venue operators, live performing arts organizations, museum, aquariums, movie theater operators, live venue promoters, theatrical producers, and talent representatives impacted by the pandemic.(For more info, see Journal of Accountancy).

Can you get the PPP and the SVOG?

• If you won your PPP on or after December 27, 2020, then your SVOG is reduced by the amount of any PPP you received.
