With over 70 attendees cheering on, the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce Fit City and Regatta Run Committee presented the Scholarship check for $14,682.50 in honor of Corporal Matthew Lembke, to the Foundation for Tigard/Tualatin School. Would you like to increase your exposure, influence, and overall presence within the Chamber and the business community? If you answered yes, then the Tualatin Chamber Ambassador’s Committee might be a good fit for you.
One of the most active and visible committees within the Chamber, the Ambassador’s are a group of active Chamber representatives dedicated to recruiting new members and helping existing ones maximize their membership benefits through volunteering, relationship building, and professional development opportunities.
The Ambassador’s Committee is geared toward involvement. You get in front of the movers and shakers’ of the Chamber, stay informed about economic development and the community, and receive recognition at functions.
As a vital part of Chamber public relations, Ambassadors volunteer their time to help insure that Chamber events run smoothly and that the organization’s membership remains strong and well informed. Ambassador’s Committee members are highly visible and readily accessible at events such AM Networking and Monthly Luncheons. They function as the event MC, greeter and more.
Ambassadors play a vital role in member retention, recruitment, and communication. The efforts of the Ambassadors help to keep the Chamber in tune with its membership.
